Hello everybody,
we're finally there, ready to get our hands on that small box we've been waiting for a loooong time... I don't really know , but probably I'm going to wait a little longer, as it's always like that here in Italy.
Anyways, I've cruised long and large on the net to find some new screenshots or videos, but I couldn't see any with an Italian ships or aircraft inside.
One thing I really liked in SH2 and DC (apart from the modding world) was the way some Italian destroyers and cruisers were modelled and the fact they they finally were in a game.
I'm hoping to see a Vittorio Veneto class battleship in the game, or some heavy cruisers like the Zara class.

Well, on to the point of the message, have you seen any pics with an Italian ship in SH3?
Thanks!

For anyone who's interested in the glorious story of our navy, here's a good site:

There should be some Italian ships in the game.

Infact the Italians had the largest amount of submarines in Europe on the outset of WW2.

They were also the only sub's that could go in reverse!

Wow poacher886, you're so funny! I mean, really, I never heard that joke before, congratulations for the effort of creating a brand new joke instead of using the same old "stuff". http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif

Anyways, there's a good site with informations on Italian submarines during WW2 for those who are interested at:

Still searching for a picture of an Italian ship but I can't find any...
I guess I'll have to wait for the 17th of March .
****, I'm becoming insane for all this waiting.

Actually, I'm pretty confident that the game has a number of Italian ships modeled. Heck, it even has Indian ships modeled!

Kosigan86 , true. I remember one screen that depicted all the ships in the game and all the nationalities, and there was Italy (and Indian of course).
Since I rememeber reading that the port of La Spezia is included, I thought that probably one could encounter some Italian destroyers or corvettes cruising in the mediterranean.
I was just hoping to see if the Littorio class BBs are included in the list.
It would be nice to see them , since it's from the times of Great Naval Battles 4 that I haven't seen them modeled in a simulation.

Is there any Italian here who's got a copy of the game?
