Hey guys is it possible that anyone can help me at all I seem to be having some issues here that I can't resolve alone

I've got the exact same problem. I have already emailed technical support. Still no answer. I am insanely angry at the moment and if it isn't solved soon I'm going to ask for a refund. I don't care if they don't refund digital purchases they soon will when I get Trading Standards onto them.

I emailed them this morning also, still no reply here.. Hope this get's resolved soon! Let me know if any of you have any answers.

I guess it's a problem with their EU servers. The idiots have probably allowed us to buy the game before they have made their servers available.

Whatever they've done they need to sort it soon, I didn't pay 35 to pre-order a game and then wait 3 days after the release date to play it.

Exactly the same here. It's the first time i used the ubishop and now this. well, as for me, i will contact the german consumer protection. for a company like ubisoft, THIS is simply not acceptable.

Is there anyone who has successfully downloaded the game via the download manager?

i have requested a refund which seems to have been accepted and processed, i will buy this somewhere else instead of ubisoft

This is just crazy. I even paid for the Extended Download Service! I paid 55 Euros and get nothing!

I investigated a little and fount out, that the address the download manager is connecting to is either wrong or there REALLY isnt any file on the server! And now, the ubishop is bugged. Dudes, this gets better and better! If this isn't resolved i swear i will forward this problem to many pc-related magazines. i think they are really interested in ubisoft newest mistakes.

there should be a link next to view invoice just follow the instructions, as long as you have not used the serial key you should be able to get a refund processed

I guess you ordered a boxed version? Because there are no refunds for Direct-Download Versions.... That's why we're so absolutley f***'ed!

I just checked again and I still cannot download the game and still no word from customer support. The only reason I bought from Ubisoft was that you got it a day early. I could have had the limited edition from Direct2Drive now for the same price.

I just requested a refund from the link barry639 posted. I accepted the terms and conditions and it says it has been accepted. We'll wait and see.

well its starts downloading but now gives me a checksum fail saying I need to disable DMZ...well DMZ is disabled. What a complete **** up.

Well.. The download starts. No DMZ error. When did you get your DMS error exactly? Right after launching the dowload manager?

Yeah I've bypassed the router completely now so no more DMZ error but its running at 101 k/Sec. Which seems very slow.
