Appologies for this obviously old topic but I have tried to sift through hundreds of old posts with no luck.

I have been hosting coops for 3-6 friends for almost as long as IL2 has been out. Recently one old timer changed ISP and now he can not connect reliably. He has to try 4-6 times to connect and some nights can not. Only he has this problem.
Could this be my [net] settings? I would appreciate a pointer to a post/site that describes the settings.

[NET]
speed=8000
routeChannels=0
serverChannels=8
localPort=21000
remotePort=21000
SkinDownload=1
serverName=Gnomeland
serverDescription=
remoteHost=65.96.31.188
localHost=12.201.51.105
socksHost=
checkServerTimeSpeed=1
checkClientTimeSpeed=0

[MaxLag]
farMaxLagTime=10.0
nearMaxLagTime=2.0
cheaterWarningDelay=5.0
cheaterWarningNum=-1

S! all and Thanks
