I doubt these come up for sale very often! Saw it in my local property paper, it's just along the coast from me...

What a great way to live near the sea! (an ambition of mine)

For that money I would seriously think about getting a second mortgage for it if it was up here in the north west! It would be a cool office/studio. Hmmm... It would also make for an interesting holiday home too!

It's up for auction and the guide price is 20k. Lease seems OK, but at that price I rather suspect it needs quite a lot of work. From experience I know mortgage lenders tend not to lend on auction properties because of the amount of work needed doing, but you never know! http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_cool.gif
