I’ll be living my life as usual, working, eating, sleeping, paying my taxes… Sounds like we’re waiting for a meteorite about to hit Earth! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/88.gif

And hanging around here to see what’s going on…

Making a website on the Italian Renaissance and a branch off on AC2 that talks about the historical aspects of the game and such... http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/shady.gif

Remember when we all sat around trying to figure out those webcam symbols so we could get the hidden images?
That seems like ages ago and just yesterday at the same time. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_razz.gif

I quit school because I can't keep my mind on anything but ACII. I usually hang around here 23 hours a day and spend the other hour trying to sleep.

You do realize I can just jump on the internet and find out all this information right? XD
Also, my "expertise" is in the Italian Renaissance (pretty much 1400's to early 1500's) and not all of Europe.
But to answer that question....I honestly have no idea XD

Researching and working on a Halo 3 Machinima, testing VA software, playing AC1, a few demos, and watching downloaded Halo 3 and Red vs Blue videos. I also want to buy some MS points and get the AC2 Premium Theme for my 360. I also want to get 2 Halo 3 Map Packs and two Saints Row 2 expansion packs.

I will try and beat COD:WAW and COD4 on veteran difficulty. I'm not very good at those games so that should keep me busy for a bit. Other people mentioned Modern Warfare 2, guess I'll do that too for the remainder of the week till AC2 comes out.

I work in a bakery too, so my work keeps my mind occupied on other things as well

Since daylight savings was yesterday, day seem longer. So, I restarted playing AC1 from scratch. Deleted my save file. That should take me a week or 2 weeks at least. Besides that, going to school, seeing NBA, and watching the world series. And some football. Both pros and college. And before you know it, Nov 17 baby!!! Cant wait. 14 days left!!!!!! http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Could you suggest some reading material for

I can't seem to find any books that have good knowledge on the doges...

Sigh. Just found out that Europe gets screwed over even with Dragon Age. We have to wait another 3 days before it's released.

Why are publishers so ******ed?

caswallawn_2k7
11-02-2009, 07:54 AM
your not getting screwed over the fact is America has always released games on a Wednesday and the UK/Europe pretty much always uses a Friday apart from a few exceptions (normally MMO's)

Coolgerb
11-02-2009, 08:05 AM
I don't care what the reason is, the fact is that we are getting screwed over. We have to wait another 3 days because it's tradition?

So what if it doesn't get released on a friday in Europe, it's not like it will be bad for sales, it'll only be better.

Mini Ninjas.
Mirror's Edge.

Fallout 3 because they finally gave PS3 players Broken Steel.

For anyone with GTA IV (and a 360 I suppose) pick up Ballad of Gay Tony. Totally worth it. Just the story, no screwing around lasted me 8ish hours, just shy of 9. Didn't do any side missions till after and it's only $20. It lasted about the same time as Brutal Legend for $40 less http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-indifferent.gif

It's IMO a lot more fun than the last DLC, lot of action and more funny characters than the gritty angst of the original and a lot of fun crap to mess around with like the parachutes and new weapons/vehicles.

Gotta have it last me until the 5th when I can grab dragon age and then it's a week till MW2. Why every company insisted on cramming releases into Nov is beyond me but ah well.

Edit: Borderlands is only worth a rental in all honesty I managed 1000/1000 achieves and 2 level 50s within like, 4 days of casually playing it. It's definitely worth checking out but I wouldn't recomend buying it unless you REALLY like it and want to beat the story for the 9th time or for some reason enjoy playing the same exact story missions online for pixel gear like an unchanging MMO
