View Full Version : Can't login at www.rabbids.com

Hi

My son is unable to login at www.rabbids.com (http://www.rabbids.com).
When we ask for a password change it says the account does not exist.
We know we have the right username because we had a card sent to our home address with his login name and membership number.

I phoned ubisoft and they advised settng up an ubi.com account and sending a scan of the membership card to them.

When I did this I got the email below which advised putting the question in this forum.

Can someone advise me who to email so that we can sort this problem out.
