can suomeone tell me how to host a server if you have a router or a gateway?

I have a BT Voyager 2000 Wireless.

You need to open port 21000 to a fixed IP address. The IP will be the PC that is doing the hosting. Check your router's manual about opening a port and/or IP forwarding.
