THIS should keep us occupied! List all the games that feature a cover system. This is all I can think of at the moment:

Gears of War
Rainbow Six: Vegas
GRAW
Kill.Switch
Made Man (a crappy cover system, but a cover system nontheless)

There's bound to me more.

Play any of these games and you'll figure it out. Usually it's when you can put your back against a wall or some other cover and shoot from that.

We all know they're coming out, don't look at me that way.

You could argue that the Hitman series has a cover system...what with the changing of your outfit constantly...but you'd probably fail.

thanks zoozilla, I assumed it was somerthing technical. do you reckon on it working in/being in assasins creed?

I'm not sure. Usually it's used in shooters (like Gears of War or Rainbow 6), and I with the innovative "crowd stealth" feature that's supposed to be the main focus, I don't know why Altair would need to use cover.
