I started a petition not too long ago and it surpassed 1,500 signatures today. It's reached as far as Russia based on many of the signatures.

You can view (and sign) the petition using the link below;
Assassin's Creed for the PSP Petition (http://www.petitiononline.com/ac4psp/petition.html)

Hoping that if we get enough signatures that Ubisoft will take notice. If the DS is getting Assassin's Creed, the PSP should as well.

Then why waste yours and everyone else's time by posting? Not too smart eh?

I'ts not smart to expect the game on a system that would blow up if it tried to run the original game. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/59.gif
Just get the mobile phone version, it's about as good as a psp version would be. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/winky.gif

Calm down man. I did it anyway; not that it would make any difference because the petition is gonna fail.

Exactly, and Ready At Dawn is doing it with God of War as well. So i don't see why Ubisoft couldn't make this work considering they have the full power of the PSP now (333 MHz).

People have been petitioning for BG&E2 since 2004 with no avail, and that's certainly possible. Given neither the Wii, PSP or DS could run the stuff that makes AC what it is, I doubt Ubi will respond...

Keep in mind that the DS version hasn't even been confirmed.

Either way, I envy your persistency http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif You've got it around the world and the signatures are counting! Good luck, anyway http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Thanks. I'm trying to convince the people over at PSP Fanboy to post about this...that would surely increase the exposure.

And 35,000 signatures later, we have Assassin's Creed for the PSP http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

if you honestly belive 35k votes got the game your joking your self. TV programs and games have had litraly hundreds of thousands of signitures and still got told no. this is more something to do with a Sony insentive to program for the PSP and at this standpoint the newest PSP's being un hackable. as it's a bit strange the PSP has sat and done nothing for over a year only to suddenly pick up and list a load of games after a sony anouncement saying they would do more to get games onto the PSP. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/88.gif

I didn't expect anyone at Ubisoft to actually see the petition, but this thing spread to so many sites, 35,000+ signatures is nothing to scoff at http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Good point!

Games are not made by fans whining and placing signatures. It's about time, cost, weather or not it will be productive and bring in money, and weather they have the abilty to do it. If signatures DID work, there would be shows, games, books and other stuff I would be putting my signature on now.
If they don't put Assassin's Creed on the PSP, they must have a good reasons for it. TBH, the DS does seem to be more popular and remember what I said about weather or not it's worthy it to put on another console?
