...seem to be "on sale" on Amazon.com. I saw the price for new Propedals and was amazed and ordered them on the spot, all with free shipping. Anyone looking to replace, upgrade or get new stuff go over there now.

PS please don't think I'm schilling for Amazon or trolling, etc. I was just so excited about a good deal I had to share!

I have a set of those. My pro pedals have an annoying tendency to snap wires on the toe brakes every second year or so but its easily soldered up and a very minor inconvenience for such great pedals.

Too bad Amazon.ca doesn't carry any CH products and Amazon.com won't ship any kind of flight sim peripheral cross border. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_rolleyes.gif

That is the same price I paid for my CH gear at Amazon a year ago. Im a member of Amazon so I get the free 2 day shipping as well. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Hmm. . .those are the usual prices - actually a bit higher than they used to be. I'm not sure where you shop normally, but I'll say this much - I see no sale, all the stuff is at or above 100 bucks, which is nothing new.

Provantage used to sell all the CH gear for 89. I bought mine at Frys for 89.

Probably the cheapest you can get that stuff new right now is to use the live.com search cashback thing for 30% off eBay buy it now purchases - the prices on eBay are the same as you see at Amazon there. . .only you get 30% cashhback - but it does take 60 days to get the cash.

Yeah, mine did that twice, the third time I just replaced the wire with some that was a bit heavier. It actually seems the length of the wires is the real issue - when the rudder axis is pushed to the stops, the wires get tugged through those sharp little wire guides.

The pot on the rudder axis also needed replacing on mine, but that was after 5 or so years.

The FS-Pro is not a $109 item nor list priced as such. $89.95 maybe. I stay away from deceptive advertising.
