I am building a scale RC model F6F Hellcat and I am looking for pictures of the plane's cockpit. I downloaded 4 photos from the Pacific Fighters screen shots, but I am looking for more pics. Can anyone help with this? (I will send you my e-mail address)

I did not know the Hellcat had a " ammunition rounds counter ". According to the link it does. You learn something new on these boards everyda, even after all these years.

I didn't know that either. In fact, I don't think the production models did, perhaps it was in the prototype only. I don't recall any production U.S. aircraft as having ammo round counters.

The ammo counter works in the game in the F6F-5, and I presume the -3. Comes in real handy sometimes.

Both F6F models have a working ammo counter, located right behind the stick. They work, and are quite handy.
