what does everyone think about not being able to use prop pitch while engaging the boost on the d9, k4, and ta152? it has definately changed since the last patch. it is also interesting to note that once an overheat message is seen in this situation, you have less than a second to react or the engine chokes and dies. prop pitch in general seems changed as well, just wanna hear everyones thoughts.

I don't fly LW much, but I almost never use the boost unless I'm escaping. Too much can go wrong during combat and I have too much to think about.

I love the way Pitch is modeled in the game tho! GO DEV TEAM! YOU GUYS ROCK!

Was that the manual pitch Cheat that they used in China?

D9 and Ta152 had constant speed props, just that they did not have a separate prop pitch lever. This was a bug reported a long time ago. It must be said that at least from A5 and later also had constant speed props.

Frankly I don't know if K4 used the G models variable speed + auto pitch scheme, or decided to go for constant speed + auto pitch.
