Dear users,

This last week alone I have come across two embarrassing posts. One read: "Who is Henry Morgan???" And the other: "Who the hell is Genghis Khan, is he from bloodlines?"

First off, you are severely poorly educated in history if you don't know who these awesome historic figures are. It's like asking: Who is Fidel Castro? or Who was Joseph Stalin? Or Who was Churchill? Please don't embarrass yourselves in asking who these people are! Instead....

Do RESEARCH!!!!!!! There's a thing called the internet that has many search engines, the most popular search engine being Google. Put in those names in the search engine and see what you'll find.

Henry Morgan is sufficiently obscure for this rant (although you are correct), but it is curious how someone could fail to know who Genghis Khan is (and still be able to type the question).

Saying that Henry Morgan is obscure is debatable, compared to several other historical figures. Influence sources such as ones country, culture, and individual interest help bring to light these famous people.

And to answer your question, Genghis Khan was mentioned previously in that specific forum, thus causing to question who that was.
