so, rome is supposedly the only city playable. if this is true i would expect rome to be at least 4 times bigger than lets say venice to fill the gap. i would be very dissapointed if it was the size of a regular city.
so, what do you guys think? will it be exponentially bigger than an average city in the world of ezio?

Rome is more the 2x the size of Venice and 3x the size of Florence! Which is very, very big!

This has been discussed in several other places in the forum already.

I suggest you look through Assassins Creed: Brotherhood - Information & Links to Main Threads (http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/5251069024/m/8031037178) before starting anymore threads http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

It's stickied incase you need it again in the future.

Rome is 4X the size of Venice as stated in Sony's Playstation Mag.

It'll be roughly the size of the real Rome I'd assume. Ubi seem to make the cities and buildings as realistic as possible in AC games so I guess they'll do the same here http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

maybe it is 3x the size of florence but 4 times the size of venice?

if the size of venice is 3 cubits and the size of florence is 4 cubits and rome is 12 cubits (over simplifying here to make the point)

Wasn't Venice the biggest city in ACII? We know that Rome is bigger than that, but does it really matter what the exact size is? http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/51.gif

Maybe we'll stick with 3x the size of Florence so we don't get our hopes too high http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif Plus, that's the most recent statement i believe!

Florence is bigger if you add in the Oltarno district.

A developer said in the IGN E3 interview that Roma was going to be 3 to 4 times bigger than 'our previous biggest city, which was Florence'. Without DLC Venice is the biggest, so I'm counting on it that it will be Florence as a whole.
