I posted a few, but thought, why make a thread for every movie... So let's make a clean start and you all just post your stuff here, k? Would be cool!

I'll start off. This was a multiplayer session via ubi.com. Thanks to RAF13 who suddenly shot me down on my final approach I captured this insane movie http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Have fun!

Download here in DivX format (4,x MB) (http://www.border-patrol.nl/junk/shotdown.zip)

I guess I'm the top-poster in this topic http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif
Still I will keep it alive because I'm sure there will be cool movies from others.

Here's another one of mine:
Download 1,5MB DivX format... (http://www.home.zonnet.nl/waypoint/shot_old2.avi)

I have a vid of me landing the corsair on a carrier, but I'm pretty sure no-one wants to see it.

I would! I suck at carrier landings so maybe I can learn something http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Gday fluup, Just wondering, what video capture, editing and compression software are you using?

Cheers _RAAF_Darby

How did you achieve smooth panning/looking in the cockpit from left to right and upwards etc. I cant use the mouse and joystick together http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif.

Any tips?

Great videos by the way!

fluup very nice videos and thanx for starting a new thread for movies. We REALLY need some great movies and clips now, and yours may have just been the first http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/25.gif

Rossi, that was really great. The "old" and B/W effects made it extremely realistic in the in flight scenes in particular. Nonetheless, it would be better if you sorta just left it untouched to show the great graphics and capabilities of PF itself. colors are great anywaze, adds to the immersion http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

There is an entire UBI forum for Movie-makers. You might want to visit there for more advice from expert movie makers.

Click on the little house up top to the left of "Pacific Fighters" then go to "IL2 Movie Makers Forum"
