I'm incredbly happy with my Saitek Cyborg Evo. It meets all the requirements you list except for the force-feedback, and it costs $40. I think there's a FF version for about $60.

I was very disappointed with the Logitech Wingman Extreme I owned previously. It lacked precision, and it wore out in about a year and I got massive rudder flutter. So I'd stay away from Logitech, personally.

Buy from somewhere like Circuit City. I got a 2-year warranty from them (repair or replace, depending on the problem) for $4.99.

Good force feedback sticks are getting harder to find, but there are some under the $100 range that will work. My recommendation is to get a CH Fighterstick though. Online it's about $100. You don't get FFb, but the things you DO get more than make up for it.

I've got a MSFFb2 that I may part with as I don't use it anymore.
