Hey everyone,

I forwarded the following ports:

9103, 9100, 10196 (UDP)
80, 3081, 3105 (TCP)
22350 - 22380 (TCP)

I even downloaded a program to check if the above ports were open. It told me they were.

But I still can't play with people from my country or any other countries for that matter.

The new patch (1.02) is NOT fixing this problem.

So far I have been able to connect 3 times to a coop game. Steam is showing 70 hours next to this game and about 20 hours are waiting time, 3 hours coop and the rest is me playing alone http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif.

Is there anyone who knows how to connect to a coop game.

@UBISOFT: SUGGESTIONS:
-If a coop game runs out of sync, reload last checkpoint or go back to lobby, don't disconnect the 2 players.

-Make a chat room like in chaos theory coop.

-A player should be able to create a server and play deniable ops by himself until another player joins in, since it sometimes takes over an hour to connect (when your lucky).

-Online friends should be shown on top of your friends list.

-If you get an invite it should show it on the top of the friends list, above all the online players.

-Clicking on a friend should also show an option to join his server.

-A quick matchmaking button where it doesn't matter what settings (gamemode) a server has, as long as I can connect to it, I'm good.

-I don't care about friends going OFFLINE, so please don't show those messages all the time.

-Split-screen for the PC. I can't understand why it's not there, and at this point it's probably the best solution to all our problems. I remember even reading somewhere that it was officially announced to be in the pc version as well.

pretty solid suggestions, I agree with them. I tried to open my ports, I say tried, because My schools residential network isn't playing nicely and it's hit or miss at times.

You can show the LAN IP thats just your computer local IP. But I assume that number you blacked out is the digits your computer is showing in Ipconfig or w/e?

Like for example, my computer uses 192.168.1.145, so i put 145 in each box.

yeah that's the right number, but w/e, is the rest right?

I think you did it correct. You can check the ports with this program. (http://www.portforward.com/store/PFPortChecker.exe)

I have the steam version so it will probably be 12 hours after the real release, don't know when it's actually coming...

She must have meant 1.02 because there is no new patch after that.

If anyone finds it, please post the link.

OMG I really do hope this sorts it. I absolutely LOVE this game, but I am so aching for some coop I can't wait.

Fingers crossed x

Knowing the Ubisoft games, I think you still need to open the ports, don't know why, that's just how they do it...

look @ your router, check the brand etc... google for a manual.

In the manual you will find the way to enter your router settings and after look for portforwarding.

You can download the program I posted earlier to check if your ports are open.

It's a server side patch. Not a client side patch. That is, It's NOT a patch you have to download. See this post:

its not the ports.
Its the ubisoft match making, something it not making it run as it should.

Hopefully ubisoft comes with a solution for this.
