I managed to make 20 Knotts sustained at full ahead last night in my VIIC. Flank didnt increase it to 21, although it fickered in and out of it. dunno why, must be the max. Calm seas, maximum efficiency in engine department, and the latest engine upgrade. Anyone get their boats to go faster than that? Im sure there must be more engine upgrades as the war goes on.

21 knots in my Super Charged IXB, and get to 22 knots with the wind to my back. But can't hold it.

20-21 knots is the hull speed for the VII-B and VII-C since they have very similar lengths. More power won't get the boat to move any faster than hull speed.

21 knots is the fastest sustained speed I've reached in a VII-B.

21knts sustained in my trusty VIIB. I think this is the fastest you could go in a sub in the game, since the XXI can only max out at 17 underwater.
