Hello all!
i bought assasin's creed 2 a while ago. my brother and i installed it on his computer and he appearently made an account for me because i didn't know how it worked. now he moved out of the house and i got a new computer now i want to install it but i gotta log in to play of course. but the thing is he doesn't know of any account any more. not on his email adress anymore. and the code doesn't work a second time. it says the code it already in use.
is there any way for me to find out to wich email the code is linked to?

........

Hello,

The code won't work, because The CD-key is unique and linked/tied to One Uplay/UbiSoft account, and we cannot use it on another account. You will get an Error message saying that 'This Key has already been used before', if you use and enter that Code on some other Account.

You must know your brother's Account/User-name, but if he does not remember this and if you have the legit CD-KEY with you, then try to contact UBI SUPPORT.

Provide them full details of your proof of purchase, Cd-key scan, Scan of receipt etc. They might be able to track and figure out the original Ubisoft Account and User-name with which the Game's CODE is linked, Imo. Because you must know your brother's full account and password, in order to play this Game.

You can Contact Support via these Links:

I'd say same thing as justinpunny.
