View Full Version : Assassins Creed 2 Uplay Problem

Hi! I am a fan of Assassins Creed!! I recently finished AC:Brothehood and I misses the old ones so I head to AC:2 which I have bought it as a DVD instead of the 1st game which is a Steam purchase. I have all I want the CD, The Manual and The CD Key. But after installing the game it said me to connect to Uplay but here is the problem. As I know I have 2 Uplay accounts I put the 1st one and when i wrote the CD Key and pressed "Submit" it said that it is used already so I head to the 2nd one but it said me the same. So I guess I have 1 more Uplay account but I checked all my e-mails but ... nothing http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif . So can someone tell if there is a way to find the Uplay account?? or I have to phone to an assistant to help me???

Try to contact and ask UBI SUPPORT for your UPLAY issue. They can only help you out with such Account queries.
