I started playing assassins creed 2 a few days ago but It seems to have a problem with the graphics. You can dee some of the lights through walls and characters, like they are transperent, but only for the lights. HEre is a screenshot of what I am talking about:

I tried reinstalling the game but nothing changed. The 1.01 patch is applied.

Try disabling Multisampling/AA, at the in-game Graphic option/setting. Set it Off.

Also force Antialiasing (AA) to Application-controlled, through Nvidia's Control Panel. Hopefully doing this should solve the glitch.

Also disable the option *Antialiasing - Gamma Correction*, under Nvidia's Control PANEL. Force this setting to OFF, and then play the game.

Let me know how it goes. Btw, What are your System Specs ? This solution worked out for those having an Nvidia GPU. Similar threads.

everything about the desmond scenes are truly awful.
from characters to scenery and lighting too.

looks truly amateurish,as if costs were cut and a novice was employed on these parts.
i have tested it on cards from 50 to 800 and its awful on every one.

check the credits for whos responsible, and see who lied on their resume.

if enough people moan, they might employ a professional on the third instalment.

i recommend whoever worked on mass effect 2.

Thank you KingDaniel0
that fixes the glitch, I set the multispamming to 8x again and still no glich ! now I'm happy.. too bad that i asked for solution after i finished the game.. however I liked it so much that i think about starting again from the beggining http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

About my system specs... I don't think you're going to need that information any more, the game runs great.

Hi all,

I just bought the game 2 days ago, and at first everything was fine, the graphics were set to high but multisampling and v-sync.
Yesterday, when i wanted to run the prog UbiLauncher had 3 updates, ever since the game is slower, lagging around 15 fps, doesnt matter what are the graphics settings.
I tried to force the vga to switch off the AA and the trilinear filtering/buffering, but the problem is still on.

Any help appriciated

Regards
