Hi Chaps,
Materials cost for the project are maybe not as much as you think, 250 UK so far.
The largest investment is time, 550 hours on the project and around as much again on research.

awesome cockpit to plyed with FB too? or is there allready software which can run cauges in FB?i know that theres possibbility to use devicelink to add "virtual" cauges in il-2,but that is still in offline game i think? looking forward to see updates on u`r project.

The project will be using Rowans BoB as the program is open source, and the data required to interface with the pit can be extracted. This is not my part of the project, but AFIK this is the only combat flight sim that is open source. But as i said, the technical side of the project is "Bricklayers" part of the project along with help from the BDG, who have been kind enough to offer help on the project. I just do the easy stuff.
