July 7th is Ringo's 66th Birthday...His stuff with the Beatles was light years ahead of what anyone else was doing (as far as drumming)...for the record his Goodnight Vienna was one of the better albums from the 70's....

Happy Birthday to Ringo. The luckiest drummer in history. Good karma for a nice guy and a true gentleman.

Just been to see The Who in concert at Leeds.
Ringo's son, Zack Starky was the drummer. Fantastic performance and carrying on a great tradition !!

I'm a massive Who fan and have seen him play several times for (what's left) of them.

He is simply great. Far, far better than his Dad could ever dream to be - and far better than Kenney Jones.

Who is playing bass for The Who these days?!?

I'll have to take a looksee at their website. I'll bet he's no Entwistle though. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif
