Just saw it today with my son... pretty good stuff. That IMAX is awesome. The movie was very well done. I highly recommend it to anyone who is into this stuff.

If you live in the midwest this movie is currently showing at the IMAX in the USAF Museum in Dayton Ohio. I've seen it a few times now and am impressed every time (not to mention the fact that the USAF Museum is heaven on earth for any airplane fanatic).

I've never been to an IMAX .... maybe I should rethink that.

Thanks for the "heads up" BC, here in the Boston area we have two IMAX theaters one in the Museum of Science and another at a furniture store. I'll be on the look out.

Great minds think alike! Took my boys to see it when it was playing at the Reuben H. Fleet Science Museum here at Balboa Park (next to the zoo) a couple of months ago.

Highly recommend it for those not subject to motion sickness.

cheers

Tell us more about it BC. What's so great with IMAX?

Btw, you are 4 short of 10000. Don't waste your 10000th explaining to someone why you locked his thread. Open a party-thread to celebrate http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif.

IMAX is a huge screen designed to fill your eyes when you look at it. Without any stable objects such as curtains or seats (they are stacked so that your knees are in line with the person's head in front of you) blocking the view, you tend to feel that you're in motion with the object in the picture.

The screen is 6 stories high... it has a huge subwoofer...... 7 speakers in all.... the screen couls cover an apartment building. The picture is great.....
