You must be talking of 0-0 ejection seats. Of course you are right, but why not use ejection seats that work with high pressure air?

The Cirrus SR-20 has an interesting parachute system by the way. Something like this would also help.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

So, looks to me like the spitfire cannot pull loops all day without loosing E.

Still, looks like it finished the loop and plane old lost all of its ability to stay in the air.
