Hi,
I've recently got back into Il-2, after discovering AAA, and was wondering if it is possible to have two controllers connected at the same time. I have a Saitek Cyborg Evo Force and a Logitech Formula EX Force and would like to experiment with using the pedals as rudder input, but it seems the game only likes one controller to input commands. Anyone got it working?

Cheers
Tim

IL2 can handle up to 4 game controllers.

If your controllers show up working fine in Windows Control Panel, Game Controllers, they will be working fine in IL2.

Mind you, there's one exception: The in-game Input screen, the one where you can see the green and red boxes moving about, that screen only shows the 1st controller...

Just go into Controls, and all the way down to the HOTAS section, and assign the Axis there...

Good Luck!

Thanks, I assumed that because only controller 1 was detected in the input screen it was the only one which would work. Thanks, I'll try that now.

Use one of the two programs in fooltrottles sig to adjust the input curves of multiple controllers.

Tim I use a set of Logitech G25 Pedals in IL-2 and they work great, so by all means use your logitech pedals!

This excellent utility will save you a lot of trouble when setting up multiple controllers: http://mission4today.com/index...file=details&id=1021 (http://mission4today.com/index.php?name=Downloads&file=details&id=1021)

Yes! I tried it and it works perfectly!

The only drawback is that I have to go and uncheck the "combine pedals in one axis" option so I can play rFactor, not a huge problem.

Thanks guys!

Cheers

Just use it.
How will it be of help to you if you do not use it?
