Hello !!! :-)

I have a beautyfull Russian warsong (better than Katyusha or "Hunt for Red Oktober" theme for me.)
Song by Aleksandrov's Choir - Let's go !
There is link for worst version of this song:

http://www.sovmusic.ru/e/top20.php

It is high (original) quality .wav with - size -67 mb!!. I know, that for IL2 I need near 3-4 mb, not more, and it must be .wav, not mp3.
I was tried to save this wave with Fraunhoffer,
Microsoft MP3, Lame MP3 and many different codecs - but - quality is very low (jittering etc.) OR file is too big. Mayby You know any freeware/shareware software to do this ????
I have Adobe Audition, CDextract and Wave Studio - this is not enough as I see.
Thanks a lot, and sorry about my english :-)

Best Regards from Poland

You can convert any wav file to this format using Microsoft's 'Recorder accessory' which comes with most Windows operating systems (run 'sndrec32.exe' if you don't have a link to it in your 'StartMenu>entertainment' folder).
Once SoundRecorder is loaded:
-open your wav file using file>open
-select file>properties
-choose 'all formats' and click 'convert now'
-choose the correct format and attributes from the choices given.
-Click OK.
-Save the file. Either use 'file>save', or close SoundRecorder and click 'yes' when prompted to save.
