Ordered mine from there yesterday but no shipping confirmation yet. Still hoping for the best though.

Regarding the USA-annexing-Canada plan, we know the originators of the plan would like to apolize and we've decided to accept Hawaii as an appropriate token of goodwill.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

Hockey, before it became football on ice, was better (far more dependant on skill) when the players wore Brylcream rather than helmets.

We now return you to Il-2.

Yeah just read that myself. I am of the same mind. I appreciate the no-bull**** approach and I understand what working and selling in a small operation is like. A loss like that can really crimp future plans to continue operation so given that and the fact that they are pretty much the only ones even willing to send to Canada...it'll be ok.

Still not sure how that goes down...I assume they haven't already charged our Visa accounts so I'm not sure if they can increase the price like that or we have to OK it or something like that.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

Our store if fully automated so it charges at the time of ordering. To go back and authorize charges manualy on our system would be terribly inefficient and time consuming. However, if there is ever a problem we can always refund the order if needed. When Harpoon4 fell through we refunded several preorders upon request and the rest of the customers just used the funds to purchase other products from our store or retained the funds as store credit for future purchases, we left that option entirely up to the customer.

Thanks.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

We will not automatically charge the additional cost unless told by the customer that they wish to continue with the order. We have emailed every customer with the link to our Il-2 1946 update status thread.

http://forums.navalwarfare.org/showthread.php?t=1517

If we cannot get in touch with a customer by email or phone to get authorization by the time of shipping we will refund and cancel the order.

Thanks.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">
