Check that your Firefox is up to date.

If so move on to the next step...

Clearing your cache.

Instructions for version 3.6.3

1. Click on 'Tools' on the toolbar at the top.

2. Select 'Options' from the drop down menu, a window should appear.

3. Left click on 'Privacy' near the top of the window.

4. There will be a blue highlighted text near the middle of the window that reads '<span class="ev_code_BLUE">clear your recent history</span>', left click it.

5. Another window should pop up giving you options on what to clear, just leave it with the default settings and click 'clear now'.

6. Wait for it to finish and restart your browser.

If that doesn't work, check that all your extensions and addons/plugins are up to date and working correctly.

Click on 'Tools' on the toolbar then 'add-ons' from the drop down menu. Click 'Extensions' and then the 'Find Updates' button at the bottom right of the window. Do the same with 'Plugins' aswell.

You may have to restart your system at some point but hopefully not.

If that fails to work try reinstalling Firefox.

Hope this helps.

Also you can download and use CCleaner (http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner) on a regular basis on your computer if you want. It is a great cleaning tool and it includes browser related features, such as cache and history cleaning.

For any future technical help questions, please use the Tech forum (http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums/a/frm/f/4721051016).

Thanks.
