Been reading my eyes out.. but i cant find a good answer on witch radar warning to chose...?
FUMB-10 or 7. They search on different bandwidt.....but whats the real difference, how far they can pick up a radar or is it air targets...? please give a simple answer. In advance TY http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

actually it's going to depend on the year you are playing in...as the war progressed things improved.......now that being said..on a more real note..i read alot of history ww2 naval/marine ..anyway..as the war went on the radar warning actually was not helping the u-boots..one reason is that air transport routes over the ocean were being guided my radio/radar waves...being active emmiters the warning sets would alarm of impending doom ..from a cargo or ferry flight that would never see the u-boots..sending the u-boot back down .before even having charged battiries or vented the boot..as for sh3 if it goes off ..DIVEfast.. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/25.gif

Or, if it is during daytime and there seem to be no destroyers around, AND if you have good flak guns with good crew, you can stay on the surface and try to bring down some planes. Get the newest RW available.

It has a longer detection range and will cover the bands the older ones do as well. (I am not actually sure they don't just cover all the bands and only the detection range is different.)
