Will free-roam be in the white room as Desmond will be out of the animus at the end and will be cured from the black room. So the HUD and all the black room stuff would change.

In terms of story this seems very unlikely. I'm sure there will be some animus related story to tie in replaying memories and being able to free roam in Constantinople after the campaign has finished, but i see no reason (or interest) for free roaming the white room.
If you are getting confused with the black room, then no they've already pretty much confirmed that those sequences are linear.
If I've misunderstood what you're saying ignore everything I've just said.

Maybe he'll just be able to access the black room intentionally and do it that way.

The SEQUENCES in the Black Room are linear. You ARE able to free-roam the Animus Island though. They have made that pretty clear.

I would assume so.

I wouldn't. Ubisoft likes to drop the ball on anything fun with Desmond at the end. :\

Well, unless he comes out of a coma at the end of the game, I couldn't see why not.
