Reading about the new advanced realism options, it reminded me of playing SH I and II with paper and plotter. Curious - am I the only one that has played without looking at the map icons?

I do that too, on the campaigns - I print off the map and put it into a clear plastic folder, which I then write on with a non-permanent marker. I just copy the stuff off the mission briefing.

Only problem I have is finding a program that could decipher the Targa image that the map is - and then printing it off to a legible scale. And then putting all the airfields onto the map...
