Please? After watching the E3 footage footage for the umpteenth time, I don't care if the demo has nothing but a carrier to land on. I know I will spend countless hours trying to land on the thing and not suceeding once. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/53.gif

P.S Pacific fighters looks awesome.

If there will be a demo (are you sure there will be any?) this option would be great chance for practise landing before the full game will show up.

Practice in CFS2 till is comes out. You'll find the Corsair flightmodel will more than prepare you for Pac Fighters. Heck, it's now below $20!

There was no demo for FB only original IL-2 had one and I think but not certain it came out after IL-2 was already shipped. So IMO I doubt we see a demo for PF but I hope Im wrong.

Yep, practice in CFS2, I am. The only thing is you have to get used to how the planes react and the graphics. Other than that its the perfect learning tool. Has an LSO too. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Oh luthier, are you hearing that. Now you don't want someone to have to use another flight sim to practice for PF now do you. If I were you I'd release a carrier landing demo as soon as possible. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

CFS II would be good practice! One of the reasons it is still alive and has a good following (still) is the ability to create and modify planes for it, for carrier ops.

I highly recommend going to the AVHISTORY.ORG site to download the 1% aircraft. Some of these fly really well and replicate the experience of trapping aboard with some veracity. A favorite of mine is the F4U 1D. However some of the others such as the FM2 Wildcat and others are a real gas.

Search the forum. The posts containing the footage should be a few pages back.
