I think this is the luxurious version of the Citroen Traction Avant with a 6-cylinder engine. Any experts out there?

That white Mercs a very nice classic imo.

BTW, whatever happened to Opel?, they used to be quite common.

Good stuff Christian http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/25.gif. The Opel GT is lovely, I've never saw one of those before.

Opel has come back recently. They sort off took a dive in the early to mid 1980s all the way to the early 21st century. Boring designs and questionable quality bothered many of their cars. Now they're coming back strongly with well-engineered and designed products. They're again a real alternative to Ford and VW. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

That Ascona is exactly how my car looks, mine is rustier though :P Need to get some new body panels on etc. I owned a AR Spider once like the one in the picture. Awfully small car for someone 2 meters tall :|

I love those old Ascona's. Opel's from long back had cool designs IMO. In those days the design was probably considered "boring" but I thought it looks cool now. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_cool.gif
