Well I decided I wanted to know more about acre or Jerusalem (being the fact I live in Israel they are reachable to me)

So I decided I will go to acre and take a stroll in the ancient city (there is a section of the city called the "ancient city"...)

Yesterday I went there with my family and took pictures to show you acre today and some historical facts...

Not knowing its idel fitter (the end of the Ramadan holiday)
So I have some pictures of the celebrations (not much)

So before I start showing the pictures a few words about what your going to see...
Firstly there is one picture of a no longer secrete tunnel of the templar's passageway from the docks to the city (it was used to secretly reach the docks without notice...)

There is a picture of a black guy jumping from an old ruine cliff sadly he didn't jump when ever I aimed the camera at him (we were moving constantly so we didn't have time to wait for him to finish resting...)

Some pictures of a mosk and a church with great clouds at the background (sounds silly but its worth looking at then you will like it...)

The island of the flies (a dude put up a map of acre someone asked if we can go there so I am showing what is there if you feel like going in the game)

Great shots of the wall from the seas side (I took a boat ride it was part of the celebration of idel fitter)

the building with the arches is an anchient inn second floor rooms bottom floor was a bizzy market at day time.

And... some places I am sure you would like to climb on in the game (silly but if there weren't so many people around I might have...)

A bird (to show what kind of animals we might run into the game lol...)

Now for some history:

(I read some stuff on my way and will tell you only the interesting stuff)
Acre in Hebrew is Akko so I will refer to it as so if you don't mind.
It is said that when god created the world he told the waters to "come until here and no further" (In Hebrew "Ad Koh"- Akko)
Akko started off as a small fishing town until the templar's came and made it into a booming merchant town using its harbor for trade after the templar's a man called Al Jhazir ("The Butcher" was named so because he had tendency to chop off limbs of people to make them fear him) built a clock tower (I am telling you this because I worry because of this the clock tower won't be in the game I am hoping I was misled)
He was apart of the otoman empire rule.
Napoleon tried to capture the city but with no success.

And... that is all I remember please feel free to correct me or add more info.
Now... The Photos!!!

W/E = internet slang for "whatever"

That was certainly an interesting post to scroll through. Looks like Ubi Shanghai didn't do too bad on Jerusalem's architecture in Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow. Should be fun to freerun through in AC.

where is the stupid sea in assassin's creed?!?
did i miss something and Acre didn't have sea in the 12th century?
lol this is weird they (ubi) have done the best to stick with the reality/facts (some old reality) and they forgot one huge fact...! the freaking sea, how on earth do u forget a ****ing sea?!?!?!
i hope they wont get the whole thing wrong and put the sea in Jerusalem lol that could be funny....

Tevel3- The sea is included in this game, many screenshots of the game show it, but it is not known if Altair can swim or not.
Please don't make such crazy assumptions in future, and try not to get so angry, it kinda spoils the mood.
