Breakfast cupcakes:
Ingredients:

Pancake mix

Turkey Bacon (crispy)

Plain Butter Cream

Maple Syrup

Apples

Blueberries

Strawberries

Cinnamon

Brown sugar

Butter

Milk

Vegetable oil

Cupcake Pan

Cupcake papers

Cupcakes:Make pancake mix as directed, but in stead of using water use milk;cinnamon is optional, but i recommend it!.Put cupcake papers in cupcake pans and pour in pancake mix.
Now you can use blueberries, strawberries,or apples. If you use strawberries, then put them in a bucket with water and white sugar and leave them in the refrigerator for a while. Later on take them out and cut them in half, then into fours, and put them in the pancake batter, and bake the cupcakes in the oven.
If you use apples, then place butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon, in a frying pan.Cut up apples into little slices and sautee them in the pan. Than take the apples and the "sauce" that comes from the butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon;and pour it into the batter and bake the cupcakes.
If you use Blueberries, then sautee the blue berries in a little bit of butter and white sugar and add them to the batter and bake the cupcakes.Take them out and let them cool for a very short time, you want the cupcakes to be warm.http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Icing:Take maple syrup and pour it into the butter cream. When the cupcakes are done, spread the icing over the cupcake. If you would like the icing to be warmer, then put in the microwave for a few seconds; but the cupcakes should make the icing warm.

Topping:Take vegetable oil and pour a little amount into a frying pan, and cook bacon; when it's done, place it on papertowles to drain. Bacon should be crispy when it is taken out of pan.Crumble bacon on top of iced cup cake and enjoy!http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif
