I usually play open-cockpit and when I transfer over to closed-cockpit my frames per second significantly lowers. Is there any way where I can match the same fps from open to closed cockpit?

What's your video card, and computer in general?

one small help is to toggle your mirror (should your aircraft have one) in cockpit to "off", or to the lesser graphic intense mode (mirror "on" has TWO modes, one for higher, and one for lesser graphic detail)

New video card will bring your system to life, the 7300 le is really not much better than an onboard video.
