About a year or two ago, my wife and kids went on a weekend trip to her Aunt's house and I had to work that Saturday, so I stayed home.

On that Sunday, I flew for about 15 hours straight, from about 9AM until about 12AM Monday. Only stopping to grab another beer, some quick food from the microwave or answer the phone. T'was a good day indeed. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/winky.gif<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

Every two month our LAN-Squadron has a LAN-Party that begins Saturday at 16:00 and ends Sunday at 06:00 = 14 hrs.

Only the very tired ones give up earlier in these nights. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

Family was gone flew on a Saturday from 9 am till 3 am once. Then slept till noon and then got up and flew till 10 pm Sunday. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-surprised.gif

This was a few years ago, I don't think I have the drive or the determination to take that much IL2 anymore. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/sadeyes.gif

I like LAN parties that are 12 0r more hours long though, playing anything and everything. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif

Playing 14-16 hours straight on a LAN-party is quite common. We used to do that once a month, until a year ago, when I moved to another town.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

whhen i started the 310th FS over 5 yrs ago i went through an 8/9 month long unemplotment stretch after igto out of Tech school.

I would literly be on the computer 24-36 hrs at a time either flying or doing my Squadron Administration duties, or working on the web site. But mostly flying.

I'd say 28-30 hours stright non stop flying except for a trip to the lil pilots room, the officers mess to grab a sandwich on my way back to the cockpit. lol
Pulled a couple 24 hour strights while recovering fro knee surgery too.

but rare these day. kinda burnt out after a while.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">
