Greetings!
Currently underway are two short, fast paced campaigns set in North Africa in late 1940 and early 1941. One campaign will continue the adventures of Willi Jedermann as he wages war against the vermin of the desert.

I have taken a few liberties with plane models for the sake of gameplay and variety

There will also be a short campaign for the Tomahawk IIa (and a P-40c in disguise) in which the player will fill the role of a New Zealand pilot in the Desert Airforce over a similar time period.

Release date: Probably.
More details later.

One of my main motivations for making these campaigns is to show off the stunning work of the mapmakers' latest efforts. They are truly stunning.

Finally, I'd like to say thank you to all those who downloaded my previous campaigns - Luftwaffe Pilot: Legion Kondor and Luftwaffe Pilot: Battle of Britain. Special thanks to the many that left comments and reviews - it makes a big difference to a campaign maker. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/11.gif

Looks nice. That 109 skin works well with that new desert map. Plenty of opportunities for desert campaigns, now.

The beautiful 109 skin is by CanonUK. Check out his site. http://www.canons-skins.com/I haven't actually checked if I can use it yet!! I love the desert skins, don't know why but they are my favourites and I really think Canon does them exceptionally well.

Nice. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_cool.gif

The only thing that bothers me about that 109 skin is the numner: 13. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_razz.gif

The map? You mean the one with all the planes I stuck on it (ie template)or just the actual maps themselves? They are OnlineMT and DesertOnline. if you want the template I guess I could sling it your way. send me a PM if that's the case.

While you're waiting for FlatSpinMan's campaign, if you want to fly a short 9 mission campaign that uses the new desert map you can try my Iraq 1941 campaign.

Download it from Mission4Today

Nicely slipped in there, Mr. Huxley.

Phil, thanks for your review on M4T. I'm really made up that you enjoyed it. It's worth the work you put in when you get feedback like that. Cheers!

I learned a lot making the Iraq missions and I will remember your comment about the fuel load for next time.

I'm very much looking forward to playing FlatSpinMan's campaign in this theatre from the Axis point of view. Maybe it will inspire me to come up with a sequel.

Kimura - thanks so much for the link - they had exactly the skin I was looking for! Used to have it but lost it somewhere along the way.

EDIT: Here is the RaFiGer skin I was looking for.
http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y184/FlatSpinMan/RaFiGer1.jpg

I also love CanonUK's verson of it
http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y184/FlatSpinMan/CanonUK1.jpg
so might use them both for the early stages of the campaign before the LW's supply issues are sorted out. They had to borrow paint from the Italians!

Just downloaded your campaign Huxley_S. It looks good and the reviews are certainly very positive - looking forward to trying it out.

Here are just a couple more I took while playing some dogfight missions. The AI in the Tomahawk seems to be really aggressive - they're lethal!More so than the Hurri it seems. Makes for great fights and I have noticed that the combat is taking place at much closer ranges as these pics will show you.

And a close up of one of the LW bases. I LOVE these new objetcs!

Hi FlatSpinMan,
I like the look of your new campaign, especially the last pic with the Heinkels and Junkers - looks very realistic adding in the new objects.
Will look forward to playing it. Keep up the good work.
