Fellow Canucks...happy Turkey Day.

While you folks are helping yourselves to your 10th helping of turkey, spare a kind thought for me.
I'll be at my in-laws...suffering through another night of mother-in-law hell.
Where are you guys to PK me when I need you...?

Fritz: said it before, and I'll say it again: come home! PM me your address and I'll send you a bit of Tim's coffee (grounds that is. Tried the other way but the envelope leaked)

Maple: Now back in Victoria.

Happy Thanksgiving Canada!!!

Although, I have to admit, if I moved to Canada, and I did contemplate moving to Toronto for a job one time, I'd be lost on Turkey day with no NFL.

Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday of the year. Mmmmm, what's not to love about Thanksgiving?!? 4-day weekend, turkey-mashed potato-dressing-gravy sandwiches during the 2nd game and my beloved Cowboys, all on the same day.

Oh yeah, fun time with family and friends yada, yada, yada. hehehe http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

Beautiful Victoria BC, traveled there a couple of times for vacation, and me hungers to go back.

I hate to hear "Dubbo is on your six" because I know it is not referring to the game. Creepy!

Weird, some guy I know brought his new Canadian girlfriend along on the 9th http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/35.gif

Nice girl. We all talked English when she was around, even with to other Dutch People. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/53.gif

Slick, TG is always on a Monday here. So we get to watch MNF. That being said it was a good game last night.

BTW, I lived in Chi town for a few years and my bro in law is a yank so we still have USA TG here too. And we get the football.....

Ah, thanks for the info. Ok, now we've established it's always on Monday and MNF is on, but I'm not guaranteed that Da Boyz will be playing that particular Monday night. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

However, the plus side to moving to Canada and being an American is that I would get to have two Thanksgivings every year and at least one would include the Cowboys. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif
