Please, can those who were informed that their orders have been shipped from the UK post their order-number?

This would be very helpful to track the delivery state of the sh3-orders.
Thanks!

Just to calm everyone down, when it says shipping on a tracker it doesnt really mean its shipping. It means the process has started.

So Its been taken off the shelf and put into a box ready for the next stage of addressing ect.

I hope you do get your games but i doubt it (mine has said shipping a while, and since shipping takes 2 days it should have been here already).

Carry on though!

Yep.

I pre-ordered from UBI one time and got an email saying my package shipped so I called them the next day to see if I could get a tracking number, or something to that effect, and they said it hadn't actually shipped yet, but was in the process.

Thing is, it says shipping on that email right.

Well you goto the online store and it actually says SHIPPED. But it does say at the bottom "If you have chosen the FEDEX EXPRESS delivery method, you can track your parcel on www.fedex.com (http://www.fedex.com)" but I didn't so I'm not sure if anyone can trace it unless you used FEDEX.

Lets hope Royal Mail deliver it properly. Royal Mail is pants and why alot of companies don't use them. Unfortunatly its seems UBI isn't one of them. Oh and looking at that. It looks like it might be coming from France, so might not get it until sometime next week.

Did you place your order early at the Ubi-online-shop to receive the manual.
Only a limited amount of 600 was made for distribution and therefore the first 600 are the only ones who will get the manual.

Law of dunno:
If you go away, it will come on saturday and you miss it (it will be at the postoffice unable to be reached)
If you stay at home it will come on Tuesday or later

I shall find things to do to keep me up real late still I'm REALLY tied, then I'll sleep http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Also on my order, I just went into my account and asked a question on the customer service ticket thing. On whether shipping means it in the process of being shipped or if its actually left the building and is on its way to me.

Says to expect a reply within 48 hours.

Well, if I don't get a reply tonight then I'll bloody know by tomorrow anyway 'cause it will be there or not. But I guess they could still tell me if I'll get it early in the week or not.

RedTerex,

here is what I got from ubisoft after placing preorder in january:

"Dear Customer,
Your Order Nā?17334 is well included in our special offer for the Ship Recognition Manual.
Therefore, we will send you both these articles once the game is released.
The Ubisoft Online Store thanks you for your trust."

So, they should ship my copy with the recogniction manual. And I'm not sure if they did, because in confirmation email there is no word about manual!

Red, did you know you can click on the captains bunk and end up lying dpwn on it!
How cool is that?
Dunno about the drinks cabinet, but there is a full captains diary/log to read while you're lying there.
My advice is to make the drinks 'real'! LOL

Regards,

Hi, my order too has been shipped according to an email today. I'm pretty excited - i've been a sub sim fan since "Hunter Killer" on the ZX Spectrum, frighteningly that's more than 20 years ago... and I've played a fair few since then... my favourites being Silent Service II and Aces of the Deep.

SH3 looks great...

Mike.
