This area, under the Brotherhood logo...

Has anyone been able to wander around behind the wall and metal fenced in area, after completing the game?

I've tried various tricks, including the parachute, to grab onto different parts of the walls or fly over them, but nothing works.

Is it simply not possible?

I have no true reason to try and go there of course... I just wanna'. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

nope, I've tried all those tricks too, you just can't get back there nor can you get up to the wall from ACII that leads you to the st paul basillica. maybe dlc.

You don't want to go back there.
That is where they keep... Him.
And by him, I mean Buzz Killington (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fHYYkZpZGjo#t=0m32s).

I actually got past the castle walls to get the Borgia flag all the way at the top of the castle. when you cross the bridge (that has the red restricted zone red on your mini-map) go left and then turn right to the first door you see. There should be a horse stable inside and to the right of that, a ladder. Climb up the ladder and walk on top of the wall all the way to the other end, where you can climb up into the castle.

Um, do you know the difference between "east" and "west"? Climbing the castello after the game's finished is common knowledge, bro.

We're talking about the San Pietro here. I think the only way to get there is with the Romulus lair where you have to chase the cardinal.

Is it possible to enter san pietro basilica after the game ends?

If you missed the flags the first time, then probably yes. I've never tried to replay missions after you finish the entire game, but you should be able to.

If you're talking about entering the courtyard with the thing that's shaped like a pineapple... probably no. But I've never tried that either after finish the game. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_razz.gif

i really hated how you couldnt run along the wall that goes from castel sant'angelo to st. peters basilica. we did in AC2 at the end, why ouldnt we do it in ACB in free roam?

Uh, if I remember right, it's possible to go there. It's just nothing there. That thingie in which the apple was hidden, nothing else.

That's not ironic, but rather fitting. I also think that Ubisoft could've given us a chance of sightseeing around St. Peter's.

It's because it was redesigned, it doesn't look the same. If you play AC2 again you'll see that there were several bridges connecting the Castel Sant'Angelo to the city of Rome whereas in Brotherhood there only was one.

I think it looked way better in AC2 too.
