Man...I wish it was flyable in the game. My favorite Jap plane by far. The 4 cannons and awesome turn rates...sweetness. Awesome gun platform.

We get it as AI in the soon-to-arrive patch. A cockpit has been done by SaSQoN (the same guy who did the Ki-84 etc) and a flyable Shiden Kai is set to be included in the second payware addon. The first add-on is going to be the Pe-2 flyables and campaign.

Can't wait.

Cheers,

RocketDog.

PS - if you are interested in the Shiden Kai, check out Genda's Blade http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/1903223253/qid.../202-5967881-8634245 (http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/1903223253/qid%3D1139432746/202-5967881-8634245) a great read.

The first photo looks like the last scene from the computer generated clip "Shiden-kai"
I had to play that movie to make sure.
Thanks for the photos. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/25.gif

RocketDog... I'll have to look up this book... Thank's for the Heads Up.

Anyone notice how close the tail numbers are on the aircraft of the first two photos and the rebuild are.
Wonder if the NASM aircraft came from the same captured Group?

BTW... did you check out the restored Focke Wulf Fw190D-13? http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif
