Please make it so it includes 4.05, and no Boonty Box.There has to be a way of selling these upgrade/patches without messing with peoples PC. BTW, guys,I've read all about Bonnty Box, and how to clean up after installation. I would pay bit more for a clean install.

WHOOOHOOOO. My first ever.
I do agree with you on the "clean" version, but you might as well ask for heavy bombers & a Whirlwind while you are at it.

You should have waited with that IBTL of yours for a tread that actually needs one.
You wasted your first IBTL on a perfectly legit tread. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/mockface.gif

All the planes are in one SFS file that the addons replace. If 4.06 doesn't have 4.05
planes then what of us that supported the development?

Still worried?

And us who bought have 4.05 this much sooner.

Take that thought and compare to the old patch fever buildups we used to get. Who would
have paid the 4.05 addon price to get a desired patch more than a month sooner? Because
not getting the addon is same as waiting for a patch all this time. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/mockface.gif And more.

I get that. It's just that this has been flogged so hard, so many times, i expect the mods to jump on any mention of the great satan, i mean boonty, with both feet.
point taken, though.

Is it me or every time there`s a close date to patch/upgrade release something comes up and it gets postponed 2-5 weeks.

There is possibility of combined 405 and 406 addon, why...because it seems logical. Dont speculate on it tho.

Whether bootybox will be part of the release or not, i am not sure. More likely it will be, unless you want Starforce http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif But i am sure EVEN if Boontybox is going to happen, it will be not the same one we saw on the first release, be sure http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Also, even that addon was submitted to UBI a while ago, keep in mind that this is not a patch or free addon. It`s a retail product which will be combined with security software, or whatever you want to call it....and only then, after testing, it will be available. I am sure that UBI will not repeat the same mistake again, or at least they will try not to http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/touche.gif.

The attitude that cracking code in the product we buy is more fun than the simulation is not one the flightsim community needs. It works against our pastime on many levels

In development = 2-3 years,

Near Completion = 1 year,

Soon = 6-10 months,

Very soon = 4-6 months...

This is usually how it goes...since 'very soon' was announced only 2 months ago, I'd give it another 2 months to actual release http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Hopefully BOB will be announced "Very Soon" sometime in August so we can get a mid 2007 release...

patiently waiting...
