Very rarely do we see Ezio smile! The only time he ever smiles is when something rather comical happens like with Bartolomeo or Leonardo.

So when I watched the full trailer and saw Ezio smiling at his wife and daughter, it made me smile.

Since his father and brothers were killed, he had become almost emotionless and cold - The fact that he said "I had love, but I did not feel it" just makes me a tad bit teary http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.gif

Damn its so weird at least for me, we saw him from when he was a freaking baby now he is 65-70 years old, we saw him grow from when he was born to 17 - 70 years old i don't care what people say i will miss Ezio Auditore da Firenze http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif Insieme per la vittoria!

It'll be good to switch up, but good to know where we came from though. Happy that Ezio made such an impact on so many people. But Ezio smiles smiled with the others...wait..nvm...his smiles got a little rare later on. At least he could smile.

I think Altair scowls when he's laughing, lol.

...W-Why did you have to write that? Why, oh why? It's the lamest line in the entire series! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/bigtears.gif

But I guess I'll miss Ezio too. Though he seems to be shaping up into a real badass just now in Revelations :P

My personal opinion, of course^

Wow. They really made his wife look half his age, if not younger. She looks young enough to be his daughter! He's a cradle robber. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_razz.gif

I guess it's appropriate for someone who lived his life as a playboy.

If there was I think the community would`v known about it by now, besides its not like UBI to give a trailer at Comic Con, Gamescom will have a gameplay trailer

Awesome trailer. This is surely something to look forward to. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

But... Why's the pre-order notice at the end having only PS3 and X360 box shots? The E3 trailer and Desmond trailer had the PC-DVD box shot as well. Does this mean Ubi has internally decided to delay the PC version this time also? http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_mad.gif

Gamescom is where they'll probably have a new trailer and some new gameplay up. Anybody else notice that "might be" assassin in black in a few scenes with armor on his or her shoulders?

Damn straight it is, lol. It was cooler when Ezio whispered it to himself, but not so much when they were screaming it out at the end of the game.

Still, now I must make repentance and play the missions with the apple of eden for repentance. did you guys know that if you use the apple while your assassins are out, YOU CAN ACTUALLY KILL THEM!? True story.

I guess it's appropriate for someone who lived his life as a playboy. Funny thing about women, they look like teenagers until they turn 40, they look like women until they turn 50, and they look like walking corpses every day after their 51st birthday http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_razz.gif I'll wait till I get the database before I try putting my finger on an age

When watching this trailer i was thinking about, the 'idea' of an ac movie that was floating around some time ago. I think i would prefer this animated version rather than a live action.

lineage was good, but the locations looked obviously cgi, so why bother with actors and sets, when you can just do everything animated.

Is it actually confirmed that embers takes place after the ending of Revelations?Or is it still possible that it takes place for example a few weeks before the ending of Revelations?Because i really wanted see Ezio die ingame because that would give us some sort of completition if you know what i mean.I really dont want ezios fate to be open or unexplained because its just important for me that theres nothing left for speculation regarding ezios fate.Well i know that we cant see him die through his own eyes but there has to be a way to see it through the eyes of one of his childs without seeming forced!I hope ubi finds a way to do that http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

ugh. for the last friggin time. Ezio can't die ingame. period. it's impossible. That's not how the animus works.
And no, you're not going to view him through is kid, that would just be stupid and they'd really have no real reason to do so.

Dont want to offend you but i actually hoped you wouldnt be the one to answer my post since i saw that you are very sensitive regarding posts like thathttp://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gifDont you want to know that theres nothing left for imagination regarding ezios fate? i think it would be very boring to just hear or read that he died! And if we only see him die in Embers i would also find it a little bit stupid because most people only play the games and they deserve to get to know what happens to the character they play for 3 games in one of those gameshttp://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gifhow would you want to know about ezios fate then?

And that's why they're making this film, to show his last days without the animus restrictions.

I really don't care. I know he died and I know he did some stuff. I already had more than enough closure after ACII. ACB was a nice bonus in that respect and I assume ACR and Embers will be too.
But it doesn't matter. It can't happen. Ubi knows why and therefore won't do it.

If they don't look for this in the internet, they're not really interested in the story, they just play to kill people.

Wasn't there something in one of the games, where if a person were to die, it would jump to the memories of the next closest relative? If that were the case, you wouldn't be able to see him die through his own eyes, but if his kids were there....

That's just something the fans made up, but it hasn't hapen in any game.

But yes, it is possible with the Animus logic.

I think Ezio dying in game would be kind of ridiculous. He's supposed to be at the top of his game and super deadly so if he died at the end in some fight would just be more of a let down then anything. I'd rather see him die peacefully in Embers with his family or in his sleep. Ezio is a badass and for him to die at someone else's hand seems kinda cheap, doesn't really fit with his I'm-a-bad-*** character. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

I was kind of hoping to see where the assassins started to fail for once, but since Ezio is alive and well, they most likely beat the Templars again. I know what happened in "The Fall" but it seemed like the assassins were already in hiding. I wanted to see where the Templars finally took hold.

Still, I want to see when the assassin guilds starts to show up every now and then to check up to see how Ezio is doing. Though it didn't say it, it looks as if Ezio's given up his role as the mentor.
