In response to your request for the Gamers Edition of KK. Dont download it from D2D.com. That version has been hacked and Starforce wont allow it to start. Says the executable(kingkong8.exe) has been modified. If anyone knows a solution to THAT problem, please feel free to post.

I contacted Starforce about getting the game re-activated because after a windows reintstall it didnt work, of course. Their reactivation procedure wouldnt work and they said to contact Ubisoft because they are in charge of serial number management. I already paid for this download twice, if they don't have the technology to discern legitimate customers they need to be out of business. (Starforce) Is there seriously no resolution to this situation?

Have you contacted Ubisoft?

If you haven't my advice is to contact them.

Can you provide an email address or link to contact Ubisoft? I cant find any info in the "Solution Center". When I click on "Ask a Question" I get an error message that says there was an error with the page and try again later. This has been going on for several days. I need to be able to email them directly if possible. Thanks for the quick reply!
