only the 109Ks have such a gauge among the 109s.

There`s none, though you can use the altimeter to check climb/descent. The 109K had one, as it inherited the bad wheater flying panel of the Me 262; some bad wheater/night fighter versions of the 109G had it, too, but those are not modelled in the sim.
