Exception raised on Mac OSX 10.6.4

I just upgraded to Mac OSX 10.6.4 and I now receive the following message when starting Settlers 7:

[No] [Yes]

It doesn't make any difference whether I choose "No" or "Yes", the game just exits.

I have version 1.0.3745 of Settlers 7.

Any help would be appreciated.

I got the same error. also 10.6.4 and after having downloaded the new update... 1.0.3745
