Its just the sound of the air past my FW190 canopy! http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Everybody gets their turn, and claim everybody else is a whiner. Its just like nationalism..

Luftwhiner (looft-why-ner), n.

Luftwhiner- 1) member of a very vocal and adamant group that declares German aircraft in all forms to be "porked", "nerfed" or otherwise purposefully undermodelled, especially when compared to Soviet aircraft. See also "bias". See also "Delta wood". See also "Revi".

In all seriousness, some luftwhiners have a point or two. As hard as it is to beleive, I actually understand and agree with them about a certain German aircraft and it's gunsight. I'm not easy to convice

still wating for a good nickname to give to the at least equally vocally strong and "adamant" lobbyists who declares US aircrafts in all forms to be "porked", "nerfed".... etc etc etc bla bla... Actually I see no difference on how these two "groups" behave or express themselves arguing for their "side"...

I myself fly both sides, flying on the side that is undermanned on online servers and can't but smile at the small children in the sandbox throwing toys, "testcharts", quotes and well thought of foul words at each other.

However, would be nice to know what to call these "adversaries of trifle", Herr Luftwhiner in one corner and mr ??? in the other. I have heard "Yankwhiner" but our Southern State friends won't appreciate that I guess...http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

The gunsight isn't so bad, but the obstruction in front of it is rather a nuisance.

S!

We have some colourful names for the Allied bandwagon(also called fanbois, Oleg's choirboys, self proclaimed ww2 experts, wannabe aces etc.), especially in Finnish. Those who understand Finnish here's a few: √¬§llip√¬§lli, itkupilli, piisuorjengi etc. In english harder to find a word describing these adversaries well...

In most cases what I've seen some of the vocal crybabies of Allied side begin to whine after they get their arses handed over to them by "inferior" planes on a server with realistic settings. Flying on a server with eas settings gives a false picture how good You really are http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Most of the "Allied aces" around here are seen flying with cockpit on, outside views and other convenient helps enabled. Sure they feel like the king of the hill when they can even more efficiently use the already good qualities of their rides...but when they are stuffed into the restricted canopy view without padlock or such they are just cannon fodder and use tactics that are straight from Quake http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

So far the toughest squad ever faced by ours is =FB= with VikS, Storm etc. All the others are very good too but =FB= is a cut above them all. So if You get yer **** handed over do not blame the modelling of German aircraft but look what You did wrong http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif A well flown Pony/P47D OWNS a Bf109G/K with ease, same applies to Japanese Ki's, they are target drones for F4U/F5F if flown properly.

After all..this Luftwhiner/Allyluver debate has been there since dawn of online flying and flight sims in general. Let's use the strenghth of these sides in good and we have a chance of getting real results instead of picking on eachother http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif Happy hunting and see Ya in the skies.
