There I was flying low on the desert floor, dunes hopping, when suddenly a dune bank pops up which is just that little bit higher then expected (or was it me losing altitude in steep turns?). Left wing clips the top of the sand dune. I was expecting to crash into a huge fireball, but to my surprise I could continue the low level fight!! ANd here are some pictures to prove it.http://img250.imageshack.us/img250/9705/p40clip12dy.jpg http://img135.imageshack.us/img135/2096/p40clip20iw.jpg http://img294.imageshack.us/img294/5029/p40clip38ls.jpg

Nothing special. I have on many occasions touched the ground with the bottom of my aircraft and the wings and the tips of my propeller. Those things i mentioned only break if you touch the ground -fast enough or -hard enough with them.
Load up the track and i can make sure that it's what i described.

It's a really nice feature of the game, i think.
Adds a load of realism.

you can also take the Stuka or any other plane with permanent gear and touch the water or ground and then climb up again

I once did this with the Stuka after a quick ground-attack mission and forgot that i had my brakes on a slider and left them on after the last landing (Mission was an airstart).
You can imagine the result. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/35.gif

You get it in one of the AEP patches I think...it will be there in 46 or a merged up to date install.

Map came indeed from on of the merged FB+AEP+PF patches, I think it was 4.05. And it is also included in 46

The thing is I never tried setting up a mulyiplayer map for a single player mission... not to mention creating a mission in the editor... :/ Now I know... http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
